Chemical background image begins in ancient times. People have always known that from the sun darkens human skin, sparkling opals and amethysts, spoils the taste of beer. Advise on Lumiere Paint?
I'm after some advise. I want to put gems on shoes and was told to use Lumiere paint on them first (if changing the colour to match the gems).
When finished, how long does it take to dry completly and does it need to be set with anything hot or varnished.
Also, can you use this paint on any material shoes, leather, suede, satin, the cheapy plastic material, and can you use a light paint on a dark shoe
What are the pros and cons to using this paint, and why would this be better than actual shoe dye.
I know it's a lot but i really need to know.
